Early registration is in April of each school year.  Late registration starts at the end of May. The following instructions are for late registration for the 2009-2010 school year.  All classes with current availability are filled on a first come first served basis.  Please call or

e-mail to confirm availability before registering.

You will need to print out the forms on the Registration Forms tab that consist

of:

Registration Contract

Registration Form

Medical Release

Assumption of Risk Form

Alternative Learning Declaration

Registrations will not be accepted unless all paperwork is complete 

and

both parents have signed all forms:

To secure your child’s place in his/her class(es):

Submit 1st months tuition and class material fees.

Write one check per student/per class, made payable to the class instructor,

NOT HCH.  (Check or Money Order only - NO cash)
